Vitarnin ist ein Multivitaminpräparat mit Mineralsalzen und Spurenelementen.
Vitarnin ist immer dann zu empfehlen, wenn die Gefahr eines Vitamin- oder Mineralstoffmangels besteht: z.B. in der Genesungszeit nach Krankheiten oder Operationen; bei Schwächezuständen, im Alter, wenn Sie Antibiotika einnehmen müssen, wenn Sie eine Diät einhalten wollen oder einhalten müssen, und bei einseitiger Ernährung.
Wenn Sie eine salzarme Diät einhalten müssen: 1 Brausetablette enthält 283mg Natrium; das entspricht ca. 0.7g Kochsalz.
Hinweis für Diabetiker und Diabetikerinnen: 1 Brausetablette enthält 1.1g Zucker
Bei Überempfindlichkeit auf einen oder mehrere Inhaltsstoffe. Wenn bereits eine Überversorgung mit Vitamin A oder D (eine sog. Hypervitaminose) besteht, wenn Sie andere Präparate einnehmen, die Vitamin A oder D enthalten, oder wenn Sie mit Retinoiden (z.B. gegen Akne) behandelt werden.
Bei schweren Nierenfunktionsstörungen.
Das Präparat soll nicht über längere Zeit in höherer als der empfohlenen Dosierung eingenommen werden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden
In einer Menge, die dem täglichen Bedarf entspricht, dürfen Sie Vitamine, Mineralstoffe und Spurenelemente einnehmen.
Bei Tagesdosen, wie sie mit Vitarnin zugeführt werden, sollten Sie dieses Arzneimittel jedoch nur nach Absprache mit Ihrem Arzt oder Ihrer Ärztin einnehmen.
Vitarnin enthält unter anderem Vitamin A. Vitamin A kann in einer Menge, die dem täglichen Bedarf entspricht, eingenommen werden. Es ist zu berücksichtigen, dass mit einer ausgewogenen Ernährung der Tagesbedarf an Vitamin A (enthalten z.B. in Leber, leberhaltigen Erzeugnissen, Milch, Milchprodukte, Margarine, Eier, Speiseöl) gedeckt bzw. sogar überschritten (Leber, allenfalls leberhaltige Erzeugnisse) wird.
Es wurde festgestellt, dass das Risiko gewisser Missbildungen bei Neugeborenen mit der täglichen Einnahme von hohen Vitamin A-Dosen während der Schwangerschaft ansteigt.
Bei Verzehr von grossen Mengen Vitamin A-haltiger Nahrungsmittel soll daher die gleichzeitige Einnahme von Vitarnin vermieden werden. Beim Verzehr von Leber darf Vitarnin nicht eingenommen werden.
Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfalle an Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Falls vom Arzt oder der Ärztin nicht anders verordnet:
Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren: 1 Brausetablette täglich.
Vitarnin ist nicht zur Anwendung bei Kindern bestimmt.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung.
Wenn Sie glauben das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
In der empfohlenen Dosierung sind keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden.
Gelbfärbung des Harns nach Einnahme von Vitarnin ist normal und auf dessen Gehalt an Vitamin B2 zurückzuführen.
Wenn sie dennoch Nebenwirkungen bemerken, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
