Sanadermil Hydrocreme, Lipocreme und Schaum enthalten als Wirkstoff Hydrokortisonacetat. Auf die Haut aufgetragen wirken sie entzündungshemmend, antiallergisch und juckreizstillend.
Hydrokortison ist ein im menschlichen Körper natürliches vorkommendes Hormon, das die Entzündung bekämpft. Auf die Haut aufgetragen wirkt es lokal.
Sanadermil wird verwendet zur Behandlung von:
Bei stark geröteter oder nässender Haut und Insektenstichen eignet sich besonders die Hydrocreme.
Bei trockener, schuppender oder chronisch entzündeter Haut ist es vorteilhafter, die Lipocreme zu verwenden.
Der Schaum wird hauptsächlich auf behaarten Hautstellen und schmerzhaften Läsionen (z.B. Sonnenbrand, Verbrennungen) verwendet.
Verwenden Sie Sanadermil nicht, wenn Sie auf den Wirkstoff oder andere Inhaltsstoffe allergisch sind.
Sanadermil darf nicht mit den Augen in Berührung kommen; vermeiden Sie, es auf den Augenlidern aufzutragen.
Die Anwendung von Sanadermil ist nicht angezeigt, wenn Sie an Pilzbefall (z.B. Fusspilz), einer Virusinfektion (z.B. Fieberbläschen, Gürtelrose) oder an Hautreaktionen nach einer Impfung leiden; ebenso ist das Auftragen auf offene Wunden und eitrige Entzündungen (z.B. Furunkel, Abszesse, Akne) zu vermeiden.
Bei Kindern unter 6 Jahren nur auf Anweisung und unter Kontrolle eines Arztes bzw. einer Ärztin anwenden.
Sanadermil sollte nicht auf zu grosse Hautflächen oder unter einem undurchlässigen (okklusifen) Verband aufgetragen werden.
Sanadermil sollte nicht über längere Zeit angewendet werden. Tritt nach 2 Wochen keine Besserung ein, sollten Sie den Arzt bzw. die Ärztin aufsuchen. Bei einer Verschlechterung der Symptome sollten Sie mit der Behandlung aufhören und Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin konsultieren.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Medikamente (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Während der Schwangerschaft sollten Sie Sanadermil nur auf ärztlichen Rat und unter ärztlicher Kontrolle verwenden.
Während der Stillzeit sollte Sanadermil nicht verwendet werden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder stillen wollen.
Wenn vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin nicht anders verordnet:
Erwachsene und Kinder über 6 Jahre: 1- bis 2mal täglich dünn auf die erkrankten Stellen auftragen. Die Anwendungsdauer sollte 2 Wochen nicht überschreiten.
Kinder unter 6 Jahren: nur auf ärztliche Verordnung und unter ärztlicher Kontrolle.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Bei der Anwendung von Sanadermil können folgende Nebenwirkungen auftreten:
Selten: lokal auftretende Nebenwirkungen wie leichtes Brennen, Juckreiz oder eine Verstärkung der Hautrötung.
Diese Nebenwirkungen sind entweder Symptome für eine Überempfindlichkeit gegen die Hilfsstoffe von Sanadermil oder eine Nebenwirkung des Hydrokortisons. Dieser Wirkstoff kann auch ein Austrocknen der Haut bewirken.
Bei Auftreten einer Unverträglichkeit sollten Sie die Behandlung sofort unterbrechen.
Sanadermil kann die Entstehung von Infektionen fördern.
Bei längerer Anwendung auf grösseren Hautpartien und/oder unter einem okklusiven Pflaster oder Verband kann es zu unerwünschten Auswirkungen auf den Stoffwechsel kommen.
Bei langfristiger oder zu häufiger Anwendung kann das Risiko anderer Hautveränderungen oder einer Hautsprödigkeit nicht ausgeschlossen werden.
Wird das Produkt über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg in der Nähe der Augen angewendet, kann dies zu Sehstörungen (Erhöhung des Augeninnendrucks, Glaukom, Katarakt) führen.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Sanadermil ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) aufbewahren. Der Schaum enthält als Treibgas Butan und Propan und muss fern von Hitzequellen aufbewahrt werden und weit von Flammen verwendet werden.
Das Medikament darf nur bis zu dem auf der Packung mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
