Mobilat enthält zwei sich ergänzende Wirkstoffe, die durch die Haut aufgenommen werden und daher direkt am erkrankten oder verletzten Gewebe wirken:
Salicylsäure: wirkt schmerzlindernd und entzündungshemmend.
Mucopolysaccharidpolysulfat (Heparinoidum MPS): wirkt abschwellend sowie entzündungshemmend und beschleunigt die Rückbildung von Blutergüssen.
Das Präparat eignet sich zur lokalen Behandlung von:
Verstauchungen, Prellungen und Zerrungen.
Muskel- und Gelenkschmerzen.
Mobilat soll nicht angewendet werden bei:
Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber den Wirkstoffen oder einem Hilfsstoff gemäss Zusammensetzung;
Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Salicylaten (z.B. Aspirin).
Mobilat darf nicht auf offene Wunden (z.B. Hautschürfungen, Schnittwunden, Verbrennungen) oder auf ekzematöser Haut angewendet werden.
Nicht bei Säuglingen anwenden.
Mobilat soll nicht über längere Zeit grossflächig angewendet werden, ausser auf ärztliche Verschreibung.
Kontakt mit Augen und Schleimhäuten vermeiden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Mobilat soll während der Schwangerschaft oder in der Stillzeit nicht angewendet werden, es sei denn auf ausdrückliche ärztliche Verschreibung.
Soweit vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, einmal oder mehrmals täglich je nach Grösse des erkrankten Gebietes einen Salbenstrang von 5?15 cm auftragen und leicht einmassieren. Sie können mit Mobilat auch einen Salbenverband (gegebenenfalls in Verbindung mit einem Stützverband) anlegen. In diesem Fall ist entsprechend mehr Salbe zu verwenden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin, wenn sich die Beschwerden verschlimmern oder nach 2 Wochen nicht gebessert haben.
Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von Mobilat bei Kindern ist bisher nicht geprüft worden.
Die Aluminiumfolie an der Öffnung der Tube lässt sich mit dem in der Verschlusskappe eingelassenen Dorn leicht durchstossen.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Mobilat auftreten:
Gelegentlich kann es zu Juckreiz oder Rötungen kommen. In sehr seltenen Fällen können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen der Haut (Kontaktallergie) auftreten.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie entsprechende Anzeichen beobachten. Bei stärkeren Reizerscheinungen sollten Sie Mobilat nicht mehr anwenden.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
