Disflatyl Tropfen enthalten als Wirkstoff Simeticon, durch Siliciumdioxid aktiviertes Polydimethylsiloxan, welches den Zerfall des in der Regel bei Blähungen im Magen/Darmtrakt befindlichen feinblasigen Schaums bewirkt. Freiwerdende Gase können dann auf natürlichem Weg entweichen.
Disflatyl Tropfen werden bei Druck- und Völlegefühl in der Bauchgegend, als Folge von Gasbildung im Magen und Darm verwendet. Auf ärztliche Verordnung können Disflatyl Tropfen zur Vorbereitung für Untersuchungen des Magen-/Darmbereichs angewendet werden.
Bei langwierigen und sich wiederholenden Verdauungsstörungen, sollte die Ursache nachgeprüft werden. Es könnte sich um falsche Essgewohnheiten sowie um Mangel an Bewegung handeln. Da auch nervöse oder organische Störungen vorliegen könnten, sollte der Arzt konsultiert werden.
Disflatyl Tropfen sind künstlich gesüsst und eignen sich deshalb auch für Diabetiker.
Bei Darmverschluss (Ileus) mit starken Kolikschmerzen, Erbrechen und Darmsteifung sowie bei Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber eines Inhaltsstoffes dürfen Disflatyl Tropfen nicht eingenommen werden. In diesem Fall muss sofort ein Arzt aufgesucht werden.
Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen zu befolgen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen!
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet:
Erwachsene: Nach jeder Mahlzeit und vor dem Schlafengehen 25?50 Tropfen, eventuell mit etwas Flüssigkeit, einnehmen.
Kinder: Nach jeder Mahlzeit und vor dem Schlafengehen 15?20 Tropfen, eventuell mit etwas Flüssigkeit, einnehmen.
Säuglinge und Kleinkinder (bis 6 Jahre): Ca. 10 bis 15 Tropfen 2 bis 3mal täglich in Flaschennahrung bzw. nach den Mahlzeiten.
Tropfflasche vor Gebrauch gut schütteln.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Für Disflatyl Tropfen sind bisher keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden. Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Disflatyl Tropfen bei 15?30 °C lagern und nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwenden.
Nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
