Dicetel ist ein krampflösendes Mittel, das bei Krämpfen und Schmerzen des Darmes sowie bei Blähungen, Verstopfung und Durchfall verwendet wird.
Auf Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin.
Dicetel soll bei Allergieanfälligkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe des Arzneimittels nicht eingenommen werden.
Bei Darmverschluss sollte ebenfalls auf Dicetel verzichtet und ein Arzt oder eine Ärztin konsultiert werden.
Dieses Arzneimittel ist nur für Erwachsene bestimmt.
Dieses Arzneimittel enthält Lactose.
Patienten mit der seltenen vererbten Galactose-Intoleranz, Lactase-Mangel oder Glucose-Galactose-Malabsorption sollten Dicetel nicht einnehmen.
Patienten, die Probleme mit der Speiseröhre haben oder an einem Zwerchfellbruch (Hiatushernie) leiden, sollten die Anwendungsempfehlungen genau befolgen.
Kinder und Jugendliche sollten Dicetel nicht einnehmen, da die Sicherheit bei ihnen nicht geprüft wurde.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker, bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Dicetel sollte während der Schwangerschaft und in der Stillzeit nicht eingenommen werden.
Die empfohlene Dosierung ist 1 Tablette 3×/täglich bis zu 2 Tabletten 2×/täglich.
Die Filmtablette soll weder gelutscht noch zerkaut, sondern während dem Essen mit genügend Flüssigkeit (z.B. mit einem Glas Wasser) ganz geschluckt werden, um Irritationen der Speiseröhre zu vermeiden.
Die Filmtablette nicht im Liegen oder unmittelbar vor dem Schlafengehen schlucken.
In besonderen Fällen wird der Arzt oder die Ärztin eine andere oder höhere Dosis verschreiben.
Es gibt nur begrenzte Erfahrung mit Dicetel bei Kindern und Jugendlichen. Deshalb sollte Dicetel von Kindern und Jugendlichen nicht eingenommen werden.
Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Dicetel auftreten:
Es können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen auftreten, Verdauungsstörungen wie Bauchschmerzen, Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Schluckstörungen (Dysphagie), unerwünschte Hautreaktionen wie Juckreiz, Nesselfieber und Hautrötung. Bei nicht korrekter Anwendung kann es zu Beschwerden der Speiseröhre kommen.
In diesen Fällen soll die Dosis von Dicetel nicht eigenmächtig erhöht, sondern der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin um Rat gefragt werden.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP.» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Aufbewahrung bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C).
