Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick enthält drei Wirkstoffe, die ihm folgende Eigenschaften verleihen:
Perubalsam: wundheilend, aromatisch, leicht antiseptisch;
Levomenol: einer der Bestandteile der Kamillenblüte, entzündungshemmend;
Salol: lokal entzündungshemmend, leicht antiseptisch.
Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick eignet sich zur Behandlung trockener Haut sowie kältebedingter Risse, Schrunden und Frostbeulen. Er bringt eine rasche Linderung, fördert die Wundheilung und schützt die behandelten Stellen vor Kälte und Wind. Der Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick kann auch bei Sonnenbrand, Hautrötungen und Juckreiz verwendet werden.
Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick darf nicht angewendet werden im Falle einer Überempfindlichkeit oder einer bestehenden resp. nachgewiesenen Allergie gegenüber Perubalsam oder einem der anderen Inhaltsstoffe. Eine solche Überempfindlichkeit äussert sich z.B. durch entzündete und gerötete Haut.
Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen zu befolgen. Es besteht das Risiko einer Sensibilisierung gegenüber Perubalsam. Es wird deshalb von einer langfristigen Anwendung von Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick auf verletzter Haut abgeraten.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Erwachsene, Jugendliche und Kinder ab 6 Jahren: Mehrmals täglich auf die Haut geben und leicht einreiben. Im Sinne einer Vorsichtsmassnahme und zur Verminderung des Risikos einer Sensibilisierung gegenüber Perubalsam empfiehlt es sich, den Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick nur bis zur Abheilung von verletzter Haut anzuwenden.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Dermophil Indien Balsam-Stick auftreten: Überempfindlichkeitsreaktion gegenüber dem Perubalsam oder einem der anderen Inhaltsstoffe. Diese zeigt sich in Hautreaktionen wie zum Beispiel Brennen, Rötung, Reizung oder Schuppung.
In diesem Fall ist die Behandlung abzubrechen. Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern.
Das Arzneimittel ist ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren!
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
