Arkocaps Weissdorn Kapseln enthalten die Blütenspitzen der Pflanze. Diese Blütenspitzen werden bei sehr niedriger Temperatur getrocknet und pulverisiert, um ein feines Pulver zu gewinnen, in dem alle Wirkstoffe der Pflanze enthalten sind. Weissdornblüten werden traditionsgemäss bei nervösen Herzbeschwerden mit Beklemmungsgefühl, Einschlafmühe und Herzklopfen verwendet.
Bei unregelmässigem Puls, Herzklopfen, stechenden Schmerzen in der Herzgegend und bei häufig auftretender Kurzatmigkeit sollte ein Arzt aufgesucht werden. Dieser wird bestimmen ob es sich um das Herz, um eine Gefässkrankheit handelt oder ob die Schmerzen ausNervenausgang sind.
Bis heute sind keine Anwendungseinschränkungen bekannt. Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen notwendig.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden (bei Externa).
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder den Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, die Apothekerin oder die Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Bei Erwachsenen beträgt die Dosis 2 Kapseln dreimal täglich mit einem Glas Wasser.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Für Arkocaps Weissdorn sind bisher bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Den Behälter in der Originalpackung aufbewahren um den Inhalt vor Licht und Feuchtigkeit zu schützen und bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern. Ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
