Glandosane ist ein künstlicher Speichelersatz, der bei Mundtrockenheit jeglichen Ursprungs angewendet wird, insbesondere auch bei Mundtrockenheit bei Bestrahlung. Glandosane ist dem natürlichen Speichel angepasst und hat nur eine lokale Wirkung.
