traumalix dolo venactiv ist ein Präparat in Salben- und Gelform zur Behandlung von stumpfen (unblutigen) Sport- und Unfallverletzungen und zur unterstützenden Behandlung bei venösen Beinleiden.
traumalix dolo venactiv Gel enthält eine Kombination von Heparin-Natrium und Wallwurz-Tinktur. Die Salbe enthält dazu noch Extrakte aus Ringelblume und Johanniskraut. Das in der Konzentration von 500 I.E./g enthaltene Heparin wirkt der Blutgerinnung entgegen und zeichnet sich durch eine entzündungshemmende, schmerzlindernde und resorptionsfördernde Wirkung aus. Der Extrakt aus Wallwurz (Symphytum off. TM) wirkt ebenfalls entzündungshemmend, schmerzlindernd und abschwellend und ergänzt somit Heparin-Natrium.
traumalix dolo venactiv kann deshalb angewendet werden:
?bei Schmerzen und Entzündungen der Gelenke, Muskeln, Bänder und Sehnen wie z.B. Muskelverspannungen, Muskelkater, Nackensteife, Rückenschmerzen und Hexenschuss;
?bei schmerzhaften, stumpfen Verletzungen wie Verstauchungen, Quetschungen, Prellungen, Zerrungen, Blutergüssen und Schwellungen;
?als unterstützende Massnahme bei Rheuma und Arthrose.
Auf ärztliche Verordnung ferner:
?bei venösen Beinleiden, oberflächlichen Venenentzündungen sowie zur Nachbehandlung von Verödungen.

Bei Kindern und Jugendlichen sollte nur das Gel verwendet werden; dieses sollte nur aufgetragen und nicht einmassiert werden. Die Anwendung sollte nicht auf grossen Flächen erfolgen.
Spezielle Dosierungsanweisungen
traumalix dolo venactiv Salbe: Bei Venenentzündungen nicht einreiben, sondern Salbenverband anlegen. Hierbei wird die Salbe messerrückendick aufgetragen. Diese Art der Anwendung ist für Kinder nicht geeignet, da insbesondere beim Kleinkind unter Okklusion eine vermehrte Wirkstoffaufnahme durch die Haut nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
