Solmag 300 ist ein Mineralstoffpräparat und enthält pro Brausetablette 300 mg Magnesium, entsprechend 12,3 mmol.
Solmag 300 wird zur Behandlung eines Magnesiummangels sowie zur Deckung eines erhöhten Bedarfs an Magnesium im Hochleistungssport und während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit verwendet.
bei Übererregbarkeit der Muskulatur;
bei muskulären Krampfzuständen und bei Wadenkrämpfen;
zur Verhütung der Bildung von bestimmten Harnsteinen;
bei erhöhtem Magnesiumverlust durch die Einnahme gewisser Arzneimittel (z.B. Aminoglykosid-Antibiotika, Cyclosporin A, Amphotericin, harntreibende Arzneimittel oder Mittel gegen Herzschwäche).
zur Behandlung von bestimmten Herzrhythmusstörungen;
als Begleittherapie bei koronarer Herzkrankheit;
bei Magnesiummangeltetanie;
bei Krämpfen während der Schwangerschaft (Eklampsie);
bei drohender Frühgeburt.
Solmag 300 darf nicht eingenommen werden bei starker Einschränkung der Nierenfunktion, wenn der Körper ausgetrocknet (dehydriert) ist und bei Veranlagung zu Steinbildung (Nieren- oder Blasensteine).
Vorsicht ist geboten bei einer mässigen Einschränkung der Nierenfunktion. Falls das Arzneimittel gegen Wadenkrämpfe eingenommen wird und diese länger als 10 Tage anhalten, ist ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.
Solmag 300 sollte nicht gleichzeitig mit Tetracyclinen (einer Gruppe von Antibiotika) und eisenhaltigen Präparaten eingenommen werden. Eine zeitlich versetzte Einnahme von 2?3 Stunden ist möglich.
Die gleichzeitige Einnahme von Solmag 300 und Vitamin D3 kann eine Erhöhung des Calciumspiegels im Blut verursachen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten, bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben, oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Solmag 300 darf während einer Schwangerschaft und in der Stillzeit eingenommen werden. Sie sollten aber grundsätzlich Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin fragen, ob Sie das Arzneimittel einnehmen dürfen.
Wenn vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin nicht anders verordnet:
Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren: 1× täglich 1 Brausetablette in einem Glas Wasser (1½ dl).
Die Anwendung und die Sicherheit von Solmag 300 bei Kindern unter 12 Jahren sind bisher nicht geprüft worden.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Solmag 300 auftreten: gelegentlich Durchfall, namentlich wenn die empfohlene Dosis überschritten wird.
Bei schwerem Durchfall sollten Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin informieren und allenfalls die Behandlung abbrechen.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren. Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zum auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
