Lomir SRO ist ein Präparat zur Behandlung des hohen Blutdruckes (Hypertonie).
Lomir SRO gehört zu einer Arzneimittelfamilie, die als «Kalziumkanalblocker» bezeichnet werden. Diese Arzneimittel senken den Blutdruck, in dem sie die Blutgefässe erweitern, steigern die Zufuhr von Blut und Sauerstoff zum Herzen und verringern gleichzeitig dessen Arbeitslast.
Lomir SRO wird auf Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin eingenommen.
Lomir SRO darf nicht eingenommen werden:

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin, wenn sie andere Arzneimitteln einnehmen oder kürzlich eingenommen haben (auch selbstgekaufte!). Insbesondere ist es wichtig für Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin zu wissen, ob Sie eines der folgenden Arzneimittel einnehmen:
Lomir SRO nicht zusammen mit Grapefruitsaft einnehmen. Dadurch kann die Menge von Lomir SRO im Blut ansteigen, möglicherweise auf eine schädliche Menge.
Lomir SRO kann dazu führen, dass Ihnen schwindlig wird, Ihren Blutdruck zu stark senken (Hypotonie), zu Sehstörungen und verschwommenem Sehen führen. Wenn Sie derartige Beschwerden haben, sollten Sie kein Fahrzeug führen und keine Maschinen bedienen.
Wenn Sie über 65 Jahre alt sind, muss Ihr Arzt möglicherweise Ihre Behandlung anpassen.
Es liegen nur begrenzte Erfahrungen zur Anwendung von Lomir SRO bei Kindern vor. Generell sollte Lomir SRO bei Kindern nicht angewendet werden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie:
Über die Anwendung von Lomir SRO in der Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit liegen noch nicht genügend Erfahrungen vor, so dass von einer Einnahme abzusehen ist, es sei denn, Ihr Arzt entscheidet, dass Sie es einnehmen sollten. Ihr Arzt wird Ihnen die möglichen Risiken erklären, die durch die Einnahme von Lomir SRO während der Schwangerschaft entstehen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder glauben, es zu sein, oder schwanger werden möchten.
Stillen Sie während der Behandlung mit Lomir SRO nicht. Fragen Sie Ihren Arzt um Rat, wenn Sie stillen.
Befolgen Sie strikt die Verordnung Ihres Arztes bzw. Ihrer Ärztin. Überschreiten Sie nicht die empfohlene Dosis.
Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin wird Ihnen genau vorgeben, wie viele Kapseln Lomir SRO Sie einnehmen müssen. Abhängig davon, wie Sie auf die Behandlung ansprechen, kann Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin die Dosis erhöhen oder reduzieren.
Die übliche Dosis beträgt einmal täglich eine Kapsel Lomir SRO 5 mg. In bestimmten Fällen, insbesondere wenn Sie älter sind oder Leber- bzw. Nierenprobleme haben, kann eine Kapsel Lomir SRO 2,5 mg mite die richtige Anfangsdosis sein.
Bitte schlucken Sie die Kapsel unzerkaut mit etwas Flüssigkeit jeden Tag zur selben Zeit hinunter, entweder morgens oder abends. Die Kapsel Lomir SRO muss ganz hinuntergeschluckt werden. Zerkauen Sie die Kapsel Lomir SRO nicht.
Lomir SRO wird normalerweise als Langzeitbehandlung eingenommen. Denken Sie daran, dass dieses Arzneimittel Ihren Bluthochdruck nicht heilt, aber hilft, ihn unter Kontrolle zu bringen. Daher müssen Sie es nach Anweisung weiter einnehmen, damit Ihr Blutdruck niedrig bleibt. Um den Blutdruck gut unter Kontrolle zu halten ist es wichtig, keine Dosen auszulassen. Brechen Sie die Einnahme von Lomir SRO nicht plötzlich ab.
Es ist wichtig, dass Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin Ihren Blutdruck während Ihrer Behandlung regelmässig überprüft, insbesondere, wenn Sie mit der Einnahme von Lomir SRO beginnen. Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin kann die Dosierung ändern, abhängig davon, wie gut Lomir SRO wirkt.
Wenn Sie versehentlich zu viele Kapseln eingenommen haben, informieren Sie sofort Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder gehen Sie zur nächsten Notaufnahme eines Krankenhauses. Eine Überdosis muss normalerweise im Krankenhaus überwacht werden, da der Blutdruck abnorm niedrig sein kann.
Nehmen Sie Ihr Arzneimittel ein, sobald Sie daran denken, aber nicht, wenn bis zur nächsten Dosis noch weniger als 4 Stunden liegen. Ist dies der Fall, warten Sie ab und nehmen Sie Ihre nächste Dosis zur gewohnten Zeit ein.
Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Wie alle Arzneimittel kann Lomir SRO Nebenwirkungen bei manchen Menschen hervorrufen.
Es können einige schwerwiegende Nebenwirkungen auftreten:
Bei manchen Patienten traten während der Behandlung mit Lomir SRO Schwächegefühle oder Lähmungen im Bereich der Beine oder des Gesichts, Schwierigkeiten beim Sprechen bzw. ein plötzlicher Bewusstseinverlust auf (Anzeichen von Erkrankungen des Nervensystems, Schlaganfall). Sollte bei Ihnen eines dieser Symptome auftreten, teilen Sie dies bitte umgehend Ihrem behandelnden Arzt bzw. Ihrer behandelnden Ärztin mit.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können sehr häufig auftreten (bei mehr als 1 von 10 Patienten):
Kopfschmerzen, Wärmegefühl, Ödeme (Schwellung aufgrund von Wasseransammlungen, hauptsächlich im Bereich der Knöchel, der Füsse oder der unteren Beine).
Wenn eine dieser Nebenwirkungen bei Ihnen in ausgeprägter Form auftreten sollte, informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können häufig auftreten (bei 1 bis 10 von 100 Patienten):
Schwindel, Müdigkeit, Herzklopfen (Gefühl eines starken Herzschlages), häufiges Wasserlassen, Bauchschmerzen.
Wenn eine dieser Nebenwirkungen bei Ihnen in ausgeprägter Form auftreten sollte, informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin.

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können sehr selten auftreten (bei weniger als 1 von 10'000 Patienten):
Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Appetitlosigkeit, verminderte Empfindlichkeit der Haut, Kribbeln oder Taubheitsgefühl, Angst, Nervosität, Schläfrigkeit, Sehstörungen, unscharfes Sehen, Husten, blutendes, empfindliches oder verdicktes Zahnfleisch (Zeichen einer Zahnfleischentzündung), Rückenschmerzen, Muskelkrämpfe, Gelenkschmerzen, Schmerzen der Gliedmassen, Unfähigkeit eine Erektion zu erreichen oder zu halten, Brustvergrösserung bei Männern, generelles Unwohlsein bzw. Schwäche.
Wenn eine dieser Nebenwirkungen bei Ihnen in ausgeprägter Form auftreten sollte, informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin.
Bei manchen Patienten traten während der Behandlung mit Lomir SRO Brustschmerzen, Schlaflosigkeit, Mundtrockenheit, Verstopfung, Durchfall bzw. Energielosigkeit auf.
Wenn eine dieser Nebenwirkungen bei Ihnen in ausgeprägter Form auftreten sollte, informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin.
