Pyridoxin (Vitamin B6) vermindert die Wirkung von Levodopa (Wirkstoff gewisser Arzneimittel gegen Parkinsonkrankheit).

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Itinerol B6 auftreten: Müdigkeitserscheinungen sind nicht auszuschliessen, werden jedoch meist durch das Koffein kompensiert. Auch Mundtrockenheit, Tachykardie, Magenbeschwerden und, selten, unklare Sicht können auftreten. Sehr selten: Urtikaria.

Itinerol B6 ist bei Raumtemperatur (15-25 °C), trocken und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Verfallene Arzneimittel sollten in die Apotheke zurückgebracht werden.
