Freka-Clyss ist eine Einlaufflüssigkeit zur Entleerung des Darmes.
Freka-Clyss wirkt nicht auf die oberen Darmabschnitte ein, es eignet sich somit speziell in Fällen, wo orale Abführmittel nicht angebracht sind oder zu Reizungen führen können, so z.B. zur Vorbereitung für Darmuntersuchungen.
Freka-Clyss kann ebenfalls bei Patienten angewendet werden, welche eine Anstrengung bei der Darmentleerung vermeiden sollten.
Wie bei allen Abführmitteln kann ein Missbrauch von Freka-Clyss zur Abhängigkeit führen.
Freka-Clyss ist nur bei Notwendigkeit anzuwenden. Bei Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Magengeschwür, Dickdarmanomalien und akuter Niereninsuffizienz darf Freka-Clyss nicht verabreicht werden.
Bei wiederholter Anwendung von Freka-Clyss nimmt die Schleimhaut des Darmes einen Teil des in der Lösung enthaltenen Natriums auf. Bei Patienten mit Herzkrankheiten, Nierenerkrankungen und Bluthochdruck muss dies berücksichtigt werden.
Informieren Sie ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten, bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) verwenden!
Bei Patienten mit einer Methylparabenallergie ist die Anwendung von Freka-Clyss nicht erlaubt.
Zu Beginn der Schwangerschaft sollte Freka-Clyss nicht angewendet werden, ebenso bei Gefahr einer Fehlgeburt oder Frühgeburt. Systemische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen. Während der Stillzeit sollte Freka-Clyss nur in dringenden Fällen angewendet werden.
Erwachsene und grosse Kinder benötigen 1 Flasche, Kinder unter 5 Jahren nur ½ Flasche pro Anwendung. Bei Kindern unter 6 Monaten nur nach ärztlicher Vorschrift anwenden. In hartnäckigen Fällen und für besondere klinische Anwendung: 2?3 Flaschen aufeinander folgend. Zur Vorbereitung von Untersuchungen ist im Allgemeinen die Anwendung von Freka-Clyss eine halbe Stunde vorher ausreichend.
Freka-Clyss sollte bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) angewendet werden!
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin. Freka-Clyss sollte wie folgt angewendet werden: siehe Gebrauchsanweisung.

Für Freka-Clyss sind bisher bei korrekter Anwendung keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden. Es kann trotzdem Unwohlsein verursachen (Reizung, Krämpfe). Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Freka-Clyss darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter aufgedruckten Verfalldatum verwendet werden. Weitere Auskünfte erteilt ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin. Diese Personen verfügen über die ausführliche Fachinformation.

Für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahren.
Freka-Clyss enthält: Natriumdihydrogenphosphat wasserfrei 139,1 mg/ml, Dinatriumphosphat wasserfrei 31,8 mg/ml, Konservierungsmittel: Natriumbenzoat (E211), Methyl-4-Hydroxybenzoat (E218), Wasser pro Klistier.
