Baldriparan enthält Trockenextrakte aus Baldrianwurzeln, Melissenblättern und Hopfenzapfen. Baldriparan wird nach einem standardisierten Verfahren hergestellt. Die pflanzliche Kombination dient zur Beruhigung und zur Förderung der Schlafbereitschaft.
Baldriparan wird angewendet bei innerer Unruhe, nervös bedingten Einschlafstörungen, Reizbarkeit, Spannungszuständen wie z.B. Examensangst.
Bei Anhalten der Beschwerden über einen Monat sollte ärztliche Hilfe beansprucht werden.
Baldriparan ist für Diabetiker geeignet (siehe «Was ist in Baldriparan enthalten?»).
Baldriparan darf nicht angewendet werden bei Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einem der Inhaltsstoffe (siehe Zusammensetzung).
Nicht anwenden bei Kindern unter 6 Jahren.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen.
Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Zur Behandlung von Unruhezuständen, Reizbarkeit, Spannungszuständen wie z.B. Examensangst 2 Dragées bis zu 3-mal täglich.
Zur Behandlung von nervös bedingten Einschlafstörungen 2 Dragées eine halbe bis eine Stunde vor dem Schlafengehen. Falls notwendig, können Sie zusätzlich 2 Dragées bereits früher im Verlauf des Abends einnehmen.
1 Dragée bis zu 3 mal täglich.
Nehmen Sie die Dragées unzerkaut mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit ein (vorzugsweise ein Glas Trinkwasser).
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Baldriparan auftreten:
Selten können Magen-Darm-Beschwerden auftreten. Sehr selten sind allergische Hauterscheinungen.
In der Regel genügt ein Absetzen des Arzneimittels, um die Nebenwirkungen wieder verschwinden zu lassen. Bei den ersten Anzeichen einer Überempfindlichkeitsreaktion darf dieses Arzneimittel nicht nochmals eingenommen werden.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15-25 °C) aufbewahren.
Arzneimittel sollten für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahrt werden.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.

1 Dragée enthält: 95 mg Trockenextrakt aus Baldrianwurzel (3-6:1), Auszugsmittel Ethanol 70% (V/V); 15 mg Trockenextrakt aus Hopfenzapfen (4-8:1), Auszugsmittel Ethanol 40% (V/V); 85 mg Trockenextrakt aus Melissenblättern (4-6:1), Auszugsmittel Wasser.
Dieses Präparat enthält zusätzlich Hilfsstoffe und den Farbstoff Carminsäure (E 120).
Hinweis für Diabetiker: Eine Einzeldosis Baldriparan (2 Dragées) entspricht 0,03 BE.
