    +-Was ist Amisulpride Zentiva und wann wird es angewendet?

    Amisulpride Zentiva ist ein Neuroleptikum; es wirkt dämpfend auf das zentrale Nervensystem. Es wird auf Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin zur Behandlung von schizophrenen Störungen angewendet.

    +-Wann darf Amisulpride Zentiva nicht angewendet werden?

    Nehmen Sie Amisulpride Zentiva in folgenden Fällen nicht ein:

    Überempfindlichkeit auf Amisulprid oder einen der Hilfsstoffe,

    Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit,

    prolactinabhängiger Tumor oder Brustkrebs,

    Alter unter 15 Jahren,

    Vorliegen eines Phäochromozytoms, eine Krankheit, die eine anhaltende Blutdrucksteigerung bewirkt,

    Sie werden mit Levodopa behandelt,

    bei gleichzeitiger Behandlung mit einem Dopamin-Agonisten (Wirkstoffe: Amantadin, Apomorphin, Bromocriptin, Cabergolin, Entacapon, Lisurid, Pergolid, Piribedil, Pramipexol, Quinagolid, Ropinirol), ausser Sie leiden an der Parkinsonschen Krankheit,

    Sie nehmen bestimmte Medikamente ein, die eine schwere Herzrhythmusstörung (torsades de pointes) auslösen können, z.B. Antiarrhythmika (Wirkstoffe: Chinidin, Hydrochinidin, Disopyramid, Mexiletin, Flecainid, Propafenon, Amiodaron, Sotalol, Dofetilid, Ibutilid), oder bestimmte Neuroleptika (zur Behandlung psychischer Störungen) (Wirkstoffe: Chlorpromazin, Cyamemazin, Levomepromazin, Thioridazin, Trifluoperazin, Sulpirid, Tiaprid, Droperidol, Haloperidol, Pimozid). Sie nehmen andere Medikamente mit den folgenden Wirkstoffen zu sich: Bepridil, Cisaprid, Diphemanil, Sultoprid, Thioridazin, Methadon, Erythromycin IV, Mizolastin, Vincamin IV, Halofantrin, Pentamidin, Moxifloxacin, Sparfloxacin oder bestimmte Medikamente gegen Pilzerkrankungen (antimykotisch wirkende Imidazole).

    +-Wann ist bei der Einnahme von Amisulpride Zentiva Vorsicht geboten?

    Sie müssen Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin informieren, wenn Sie

    ? an Niereninsuffizienz leiden,

    ? an Parkinsonscher Krankheit leiden,

    ? an epileptischen Anfällen leiden,

    ? an Diabetes leiden,

    ? an einer Verlangsamung des Herzrhythmus (Bradykardie), einem zu niedrigen Kaliumspiegel im Blut (Hypokaliämie) oder einer EKG-Anomalie (Verlängerung des QT-Segments) leiden,

    ? an sonstigen psychischen Störungen leiden, insbesondere dann, wenn Sie älter sind,

    oder wenn Sie

    ? Risikofaktoren für einen Schlaganfall (Hirnschlag),

    ? thromboembolische Risikofaktoren (Lungenembolie, tiefe Venenthrombose) aufweisen.

    Frauen im gebärfähigen Alter müssen eine wirksame schwangerschaftsverhütende Methode verwenden.

    Im Falle von unerklärlichem Fieber oder Infektionen unterbrechen Sie bitte die Behandlung und informieren Sie umgehend Ihren Arzt.

    Zur Verhinderung des Auftretens von Entzugserscheinun­gen (unwillkürlichen Bewegungen) wird empfohlen, die Dosierung beim Absetzen der Behandlung schrittweise zu reduzieren.

    Auch wenn Amisulpride Zentiva wie empfohlen eingenommen wird, kann dieses Arzneimittel Schläfrigkeit verursachen; die Fahrtüchtigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Werkzeuge oder Maschinen zu bedienen, kann folglich beeinträchtigt sein!

    Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.

    +-Darf Amisulpride Zentiva während der Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit angewendet werden?

    Informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder glauben, möglicherweise schwanger zu sein.

    Bei der Anwendung von Amisulpride Zentiva im letzten Schwangerschaftsdrittel kann es beim Neugeborenen zu unerwünschten Wirkungen wie Zittern, Muskelsteifheit, Schwäche, Schläfrigkeit, Unruhe, Atembeschwerden oder Schwierigkeiten beim Stillen kommen.

    Informieren Sie im Falle einer Schwangerschaft umgehend Ihren Arzt, um die weitere Behandlung zu besprechen. Sie dürfen in keinem Fall die Behandlung eigenmächtig abbrechen. Ein plötzliches Absetzen des Medikaments kann schwerwiegende Konsequenzen haben.

    Informieren Sie bitte auch sofort Ihren Gynäkologen und Ihre Hebamme über die Medikamenteneinnahme während der Schwangerschaft, insbesondere wenn Ihr Kind nach der Geburt die vorstehend beschriebenen Symptome aufweist.

    Während der Behandlung mit Amisulpride Zentiva dürfen Sie nicht stillen.

    +-Wie verwenden Sie Amisulpride Zentiva?

    Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin bestimmt die Dosis, die Sie genau benötigen. Nehmen Sie auf keinen Fall eine höhere Dosis ein.

    Schlucken Sie die Tabletten mit genügend Wasser ganz hinunter ohne sie zu zerbeissen. Es ist bedeutungslos, ob Sie das Medikament mit oder zwischen den Mahlzeiten einnehmen.

    Falls Sie vergessen haben, eine Tablette einzunehmen, so holen Sie dies nicht nach, sondern nehmen Sie die nächste Tablette zum vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin vorgesehenen Zeitpunkt.

    Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.

    +-Welche Nebenwirkungen kann Amisulpride Zentiva haben?

    Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme oder Anwendung von Amisulpride Zentiva auftreten:

    Am häufigsten sind Schlaflosigkeit, Angetriebenheit, Angst, Sexualstörungen, Schläfrigkeit, Hypotension, Verstopfung, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Mundtrockenheit und Gewichtszunahme.

    Amisulpride Zentiva kann hormonale Veränderungen hervorrufen, die sich nach Therapieabbruch wieder normalisieren: Brustschmerzen, Milchausfluss, Störungen oder Ausfall der Monatsblutung, Zunahme des Brustumfanges, Erektionsstörungen.

    In gewissen Fällen können Muskelsteifheit, Zittern, Bewegungsstörungen oder Verspannungszustände sowie vermehrter Speichelfluss auftreten. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin, er wird die Dosis reduzieren oder ein zusätzliches Medikament verschreiben.

    Gelegentlich wurden ebenfalls beobachtet: Allergische Reaktionen, Hyperglykämie, unwillkürliche Bewegungen der Zunge oder des Gesichts, Krämpfe und ein abnormal langsamer Herzschlag.

    In einzelnen Fällen kann Amisulpride Zentiva zu Fieber, Muskelsteifheit und einer Reduzierung des Bewusstseinsniveaus führen (Zeichen eines möglichen malignen neuroleptischen Syndroms). Falls dies auftreten sollte, unterbrechen Sie unverzüglich die Behandlung und benachrichtigen Sie sogleich Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin.

    In einzelnen Fällen kann das Medikament eine Verringerung der Anzahl an weissen Blutkörperchen bewirken. Im Falle von Fieber und/oder einer unerklärlichen Infektion wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an einen Arzt.

    Einzelfälle von Herzrhythmusstörungen sowie Einzelfälle von venöser Thromboembolie (Lungenembolie und tiefe Venenthrombose) wurden ebenfalls beobachtet.

    Bei der Einnahme von Amisulpride Zentiva im letzten Schwangerschaftsdrittel wurden die folgenden Symptome beim Neugeborenen beobachtet, wobei die Häufigkeit des Auftretens nicht bekannt ist: Zittern, Muskelsteifheit, Schwäche, Schläfrigkeit, Unruhe, Atembeschwerden oder Schwierigkeiten beim Stillen.

    Bitte lesen Sie aufmerksam den Punkt «Wann ist bei der Einnahme von Amisulpride Zentiva Vorsicht geboten?».

    Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.

    +-Was ist ferner zu beachten?

    Vermeiden Sie die Einnahme von Alkohol während der Behandlung.

    Falls Sie zuviel Tabletten geschluckt haben, telefonieren Sie unverzüglich Ihrem Arzt bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder ins nächste Spital und geben Sie die Zahl der geschluckten Tabletten an.

    Bewahren Sie das Medikament bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.

    Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
